TAS5825M: Designing questions

Hi Team,

My customer want to use our TAS5825M, and have some questions in our TAS5825M EVM schematic, could you provide your comments?

1.Figure below is our EVM's schematic, if VIN is 20V, and output is 4ohm/4W, what inductor value is suitable? Does 10uH is ok?

2. In TAS5825M EVM, where I2S pull high? I didn't find it

3. Can I2S, GPIO and I2C all pull high to 1.8V? or should pull high to 3.3V

Hello Roy,

1. It should be fine, you can also refer to the LC Filter Calculator tool as seen here https://www.ti.com/tool/LCFILTER-CALC-TOOL

2. The TAS5825M is not a standalone EVM it connects to the PUREPATH-CMBEVM which has the pull up

3. For the EVM we recommend 3.3V but you can design your system based on what your DVDD is, so 1.8V or 3.3V depending what you set for your system.
