The TAS5828 is advertised and promoted as a 192khz sample rate part which is one major reason this part is useful to my customer Unite Audio. However PurePath console only allows setting of 96Khz.
We understand internal sample rate is limited to 96khz DSP processing for Process Flow 1 and 2 as per process flow datasheet. This is OK if we can support 192khz input to SRC…
Please confirm that we can use the SRC to convert 192khz INPUT sample rate to the internal 96khz to allow these process flows?
Process Flow datasheet says its supported for SRC input. But on PPC (and page 8) there is no mention of 192khz SRC input.
Please can you explain how to support 192khz?.
