TAS5825M: When increase volume over 75% TAS5825M will mute

Dear Sir

My TAS5825M application is 2.0 (Stereo BTL) System, when volume lower then 75% can normal play but if over 75% will mute.

I measure the GPIO 1 (mute) when normal play the voltage is 1.5V and abnormal is 0.15V, i think the GPIO function not correct

How to check and setting GPIO function?

can you share me more information to help debug?

1. what is the pvdd, load resistance, rated power of speaker.

2. if possible, can you share us the schematic.

3. can you check below register to confirm device status and error report

w 98 00 00

w 98 7f 00

r 98 68 01

r 98 70 04.

98 is the address of your device, if customer using other address, you can change it.

68 and 70, 71, 72, 73 is the register we want to read.
