TAS5825M: Peak 100W possible by 1ch PBTL

Hi experts,

My customer wants to know how many power can TAS5825 get out.

Is it possible to get 100W following conditions;

Out: 1ch PBTL

Imp: 3~4 Ohm

THD: Roughly 30%

I'm afraid that TAS5825M can't support such high output power.

TAS5828M can satisfy your requirements, its specs as below:

I said 100W, but I want to say peak 100W. In datasheet, it seems to be possible near 100W. Is my understanding not correct? Customers said they can get up to 30% THD.

Yes, your understanding is right.

According to below test data showed in the datasheet, TAS5825M can reach 100W with 10% THD.
