How does one disable half of the TAS5630? We will only require a single BTL output. Real estate is an issue for us, so configuring for a parallel BTL output is undesirable because we would need to provide for two more LC circuits.

I suggest you leave the ceramic bypass caps on the unused channel's power supply (you can remove the bulk 'ltyics), ac-ground the inputs, keep the bootstrap caps on the outputs, and other than that, just leave the outputs floating.
This is the least components possible for a mono implementation.
