Hi,

I want to implement the PCM2903 in my product so i've bought the PCM2903EVM-U to test it.
About the audio output, everything is working well.
About the audio input, it is not working. I am using the software "discord" to detect the input peripheral and it detect it but no sound comes to my pc (windows).
I tried with different microphone but still the same problem.

Maybe someone encoured the same problem ?

An other question about PCM2903 : Is it compatible with android tablet ?

Hi Thomas,

Are you using Windows 10 or 11? Also does Discord detect any input when you click "test audio"? The EVM is USB class compliant but I don't know if it will work with an android tablet. That is dependent on the OS of the tablet.

I am using Windows 10 and yes Discord dectect all input available.
When I select my native microphone I can see audio input data.

Hi Thomas,

I don't seem to have this EVM on hand, so I'm having one delivered so I can double check things on my side. In the mean time, are you able to test with another program like audacity? Also is your mute switch set to high?

I'll check it when I can.
Otherwise, I've checked the mute switch and it is not activated.

I received the EVM this afternoon. I'll be able to test it on Monday and let you know what I find. Let me know if you find anything else in your tests if you get to it before then.

Hi Thomas,

I tested the EVM and didn't run into any issues recording from it. Can you try a second software like Goldwave or Audacity to see if you can record from it?
