The BCK and SCK pins of the pcm1753 have an overshoot of 7.5V and a downshoot of -1V as below. Does it affect the device?

Hi , Absolute Maximum Ratings for input and supply voltage are mentioned in datasheet as -0.3V to +6.5V. So these numbers seems too high for the device.

The absolute maximum ratings indicate the limits that a device can tolerate without getting damaged, so as long as you are not exceeding the above values you should be ok.
