Hi Team,
There will be no sound after -15 degrees of power on, and normal after restart.
According to the log, the customer found that the osc_trim register value was abnormal, sometimes 82, sometimes 00. But the correct value should be C0. The customer has set up a repair mechanism, that is, reset the chip after detecting an abnormal value and read it again for a total of four times. There is a certain probability that one of the four reads will read the correct value C0 (the second third and fourth times), and if all the values read are abnormal (sometimes 82 or sometimes 00), the amplifier will not output.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry
