Hello：

TPA3255 customer tested and found that there was a sound interruption phenomenon as soon as the volume was increased

Additionally, during REST, there may be a POP sound. Please help check，Thanks！！！

about the interruption, can you check the current go through inductor to confirm whether it trigger OCP or not.

about the inductor, please confirm whether the Isat of inductor is larger than the possible max output current.

about the pop sound, it happen at ramp up or down?

have you tried change the capacitor value connecting with C_start, it can change the ramp up/down speed to soften the pop sound.
