ADC6120EVM-PDK: The Connect button is not coming up on the Pure Path Console

I just installed Pure Path 3.2.1 and the TLV320ADCx120 App.  The instructions say to click the 'Connect' button in the lower left hand corner before you start configuring your device.  I have my ADC6120EVM-PDK plugged into my Windows 10 machine and the drivers are loaded correctly according to Windows Device Manager.  However, all I see in the lower left hand corner is 'TLV320ADC6120 - Offline'

How do I get this button to come up?  Windows sees this device perfectly.  I was simply going to plug an analog mic into the line in port and start working with it but everything I do seems to have no effect.  What can I do?

    Hi Michael,

    Apologies for the trouble. Please make sure the Windows 10 is recognizing USB connection to device (plug and unplug), then try uninstalling the TLV320ADCx120 app from within PPC3 then reinstalling.

    If this fails uninstall PPC3 and redownload.
