TLV320ADC6140: Confirmation regarding I2C bus status when power supply = 0V

If the ADC6140 function is not used and the power supply is set to 0V, will the ADC6140 open the I2C bus? Or short to GND?

Hi,

The I2C bus is an open drain collector, meaning the bus is pulled low (most likely short to GND) if there is no pull up to IOVDD.
