LM386 has BW of 300kHz. In modern music, we have very high frequency range (I mean BTW requirement)

Could we increase the BTW of LM386 by adding external components?

Hi Sakthivel,

The bandwidth of an amplifier is pretty much narrowed down as the gain increases, as depicted in data sheet Figure 6-4. For LM386 specifically, the minimum gain is 20V/V.

What is the bandwidth requirement for this application? There are specialized amplifiers for high frequency content, like high-speed op amps: High-speed op amps (GBW ≥ 50 MHz) | TI.com
