SRC4190-Q1: Quiescent current at VDD:3.6V, Fsin=Fsout=48kHz,Ta=85℃

Hello expert,


Could you please measure quiescent current under following condition?

  • VDD:3.6V
  • Fsin=Fsout=48kHz
  • Ta=85℃

Unfortunately, there isn't EVM of this device so we cannot measure this parameter by myself...

    Hello Kazuki-san,

    Since this device is very mature , it is hard to find the EVM for it. Even if you had the EVM, still whatever you measure is just one device and you can not comment on max or min or range. you don't know how this value will change with a different sample from different corners. 

    Have you tried to look for this data in Galileo ? Of course being old device you might not find that information as well.

    Hello Arash,

    I understand the only one measurement data showing the device's performance and it doesn't meaning about any min/typ/Max.
    But they'd like to know about measurement result as design reference information.

    For Galileo, Generally field side don't have access permission and I don't have the permission as well.
    Could you confirm the data in Galileo instead of me or provide access permission for me?
