Hi, 

As far as the TPA4860 datasheet is concerned, there is no information on thermal resistance (θJA, θJC, θJC(top), etc.).

    Hi Conor,

    In this case the data sheet provides information on power dissipation in page 2 and Figures 25, 26 and 27.
    Generating new data for older devices like this would be complicated.
