PCM1690: IBIS model not loading in TINA

Hi there, I'm interested in prototyping the PCM1690 for a new design and I just downloaded the IBIS model from the product page but I can't get it to load into TINA-TI. Can someone help me with this? How can I simulate the setup of this part?

    Hello Mark,

    TINA is a SPICE type of simulator ( similar to PSPICE and its unencrypted netlist files can run in PSPICE too  ) whereas IBIS  is a Modeling technique that provides a simple table-based buffer model for semiconductor device. IBIS model is supported by variety of commercial simulators. Some of widely used simulators are from Mentor graphics, Key sight, Cadence and synopsys.

    Thanks, Arash. Yes, I was a little confused about the IBIS model. Googling around I'd seen suggestions that it was a file that could be opened with TINA and I got confused. Kind regards, Mark.
