LM49450: LSVDD 5V and auxiliary out noise/problem

Part Number: LM49450

Hello,

I am having a issue with the LM49450, where if I power my system with 5V, and it goes through a 5V to 3.3V regulator to power most of the components on the board, but I also send 5V directly to the LSVDD and VDD pins on the LM49450 as per the datasheet says it can take up to 5.5v. The sound output on the auxiliary out is horrible. Either crackly or it just drowns out to nothing. When not using the auxiliary out and being powered by speakers (with the 5v from the LSVDD), it sounds crystal clear and no issue.

However I also found, if I power my board directly wit 3.3V and bypass the 5V -> 3.3V regulator, the auxiliary out works perfectly with no issue, and the speakers when using, also work (however a bit under powered and not as good sounding as the LSVDD is no longer getting 5V).

Is there something wrong with my circuit?

Thank you.
