PDM digital mic to analog mic data conversion

Hi,

Are there EVKs or chips which convert PDM Digital mic data input to analog mic output? If so, please suggest.

Another query: Are analog speaker output and analog mic output format same? Is there any document that suggests the data format.

    Hi Rekha,

    We don't have a simple IC for this. You would need to use a codec such as the TLV320AIC3206 that has both PDM mic support as well as a ADC -> DAC loopback feature. If a codec makes sense in your design, you could built that signal flow into it.

    Analog audio has no "format" since it is analog, but speaker outputs are generally much much higher in power than microphone outputs.
