PCM2912A: How to realize PTT function

Dear，

One customer need to confirm how to realize the PTT function of PCM2912A. The EVM  user's guide  is connected MUTE pin to SSPND by a switch. If using PTT, it is opposite. How to realize PPT?

    Hi Kailyn,

    The PCM2912A only supports a half-duplex PTT. The switch you're pointing to only mutes the microphone input without affecting the playback side. If it is suitable to only need PTT for the mic side, then that switch is how you achieve it. For full duplex PTT (meaning when you push the button, the playback is muted) that will require an external controller to realize.
