I found that I couldn't recognize DEMO when connecting to the computer, and the display effect is the same as in image 2. We need to install drivers when using xmos for HIFI products. I hope you can provide a driver or other solution suggestions

Yes, if you directly connect to the computer, the situation shown in Figure 1 may I ask if there is an XMOS driver (such as the Thesycon driver we used in the xmos solution before)

Hello,

You shouldn't have to install any external drivers to connect to the software. Any dependencies should come with the installation of the software, so I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling PPC3. Please find the install here: https://www.ti.com/tool/PUREPATHCONSOLE
