TAS5614LA: Randomly fault pin goes low .

Randomly  fault pin goes low .

1. OUTPUT :BTL mode
a. OUT_A/B : no use
b. OUT_C/D : 4 ohms load
2. INPUT
a. INPUT_A/B : no connection(open)
b. INPUT_C/D : PWM 384KHz
c. INPUT: 20secs volume1 level in and 10secs volume0(mute) level repeat(only 384KHz)---ONLY change
3. GVDD_AB/CD,VDD :+12V (continuously no change)
4. PVDD_AB/CS : +33V (continuously no change)
5. OTW pin no connection(open)
6. randomly fault pin low
