For a normal audio amplifier, the carrier would be totally removed, only output amplified message signal. 

As you said you have 10Vp carrier and 3Vp message. May I ask what is your expectation of the output? How much voltage for carrier and how much for message?

Also what is the total power level you needed?

We are expecting Output waveform as per below image

Carrier Wave Voltage: 7.07V RMS, 10mA

Message Wave Voltage: 3Vp, 10mA

We are using this device as signal conditioning to perform FRA test to a Unit.

For this purpose, how about consider a general purpose amplifier, like OPA994?

in this part data sheet for my requirement no application circuit.
