TLV320ADC3140: Is a crystal good enough for MCLK of 3140?

Dear sir,

I am going to use a TLV320ADC3140 in my audio sub-system and acting as master. Unfortunately, I don't have a I2S MCLK in this design so I am thinking of using a crystal of osc. as MCLK to GPIO1 of 3140.

Is it OK?

Are you planning to use the device as audio Master? If so, then a 12.288 MHz for example would work just fine. If not, and the device is being used as a slave, on BCLK and FSYNC are required.
