Here is MMFAE Chris. when my customer test PCM1820EVM, They have the question. detail as follow:

IN1 and IN2 connect to GND, and test output. Unusual test results：

Can you help me find the reason for the abnormal test result?

Hi Chris,

It is mentioned that in the thread that IN1 and IN2 are connected to GND.

However, based on the picture of the EVM, it looks like IN1M/IN2M are connected to GND, and IN1P/IN2P are un-connected.

Can we check the measurement with both IN1P/IN1M, and IN2P/IN2M shorted to GND?
