Hello Experts,

My customer has question as follows. Would you answer it, please?
1. Regarding Figure 4 in datasheet, the data was taken by YZH? or RTJ? If it was taken the data by RTJ, would you provide data of YZH package?
2. Regarding Figure 4 in datasheet, this data was taken by 2ch output at same time?

Hi Fujiwara-san,

1. I am not sure which package this data was taken with, but I can take some data using our EVM and the BGA package and report back. Please allow me a few days to gather this.

2. This is the output power of one channel but both channels would be outputting when this data is taken.

For the data I will use a 4 ohm load, 1 khz signal and 6 db gain like the figure. Which supply voltage would the customer like to see?

Hi Sydney-san,

Customer would like to get a following data. Would you support it, please?
- Supply voltage: 5V
- Load: 4ohm, 6ohm, 8ohm
- Gain: +6dB
- Input signal: sinewave / 1KHz
- Output channel: both 2ch output
- Package: both of YZH and RTJ(Customer would like to know differences power level between both.

Hi Fujiwara-san,

If the customer is wanting to see the difference in power level between the packages at different loads, the below image may be more what they are looking for.

The output power between the packages is the same, but the BGA package has thermal limitations. The range where the BGA package has the limitations is marked by a dashed line in the image.

Hi Fujiwara-san,

I do not have a way to take the data with the QFN package, but the data should be the same. The only difference being the thermal limitations on the BGA package. I can take the data with the BGA package but it will take a few days for me to get the EVM.

Hello,

Yes I have the EVM. I also ended up finding some of our data that shows the datasheet graph is that of the QFN package which I can share (only for the 8 ohm case). I also have some but not all of the data taken with the BGA package. Please expect the data tomorrow. Apologies for the delay!
