Hi Kevin,
This is a low-pass effect. By default there isn't such a filter in effect. Are you using any internal filters such as biquads and IIR? Also what is your signal path set up on the AP? What bandwidth setting do you have?
There's also a chance that you do not have enough points on the sweep to get a good resolution of the roll off. Try increasing the number of points to 48 or 64.

The DAC interpolation filter cannot be bypassed. Without this filter the DAC will not function correctly.
