Our customer is proceeding SA tuning for new DIN project.
They are using the configuration of "PP-SALB2-EVM&PPC3-EVM-MB&TAS2563YBGEVM-DC", however intermediate to complete SA sound tuning those EVM are failed the function. PPC3 is not recognized EVM anymore. Before that EVMs are works fine more than two weeks.
Is it possible to get EVM repair service in TI? Those are not cheap EVMs and there is time limit to secure DIN.
