Tool/software:
SRC4190 is supposed to operate with a +3.3V single power supply (VDD).
Are there any regulations that should be followed for the order and timing of power on and off for the I/O power supply (VIO) and VDD?
For example, can VIO be turned on before VDD?
May VIO be turned off after VDD, etc.?
