SRC4192: Total group delay

Hi, I am trying to estimate total group delay on SRC4192. Per Table 6.5, when LGRP=1 and decimation filter ON (DFLT=0) it is 70.5/Fsin. Under decimation filter characterisitcs, when DFLT=0, group delay is 36.4/Fsout. Since SRC4192 does not support direct down sampling, would total group delay be 1.1ms (106.9/96K) for Fsin=Fsout=96K? There is only ONE group delay value for digital decimation filter (36.46/Fsout), is this same for both normal and low group delay?

Hello Syed

The SRC4192 device is hardware controled , so deponding on signal on LGRP pin, you can control the group dealy to be normal delay (102,5/fs) with LGRP=1 or low dealy (70.5/fs) with LGRP=1.

whith SRC4193 you control the delay according to registers in Table 6. Filter Control Register

Thanks Arash. My question was regarding total group delay for SRC4192 when Fsin and Fsout is 96K.
