Hello,

We are trying run the TAC5112 EVM with PPC3 GUI.

I have get DL access approval of TAC5X1X-Q1-SW on my secure resources page.

However there is not showed up available plug in device of TAC5X1X at PPC3 front page.

Is not it automatically appeared available plug in file on PPC3 GUI as same as other audio devices?

How can we convert downloaded "TAC5x1x-Q1_win.tar.gz (gz) 83 MB" file to PPC3 plug in format?

Hello Mochi-san,

Please use this FAQ to manually add the device app to the PPC3. Usually it is automatic but we are migrating to a new platform and you need to follow the FAQ to add the device app manually for the time being. Let me know if you have any question.

Thank you very much for your prompt support.

I could successfully add plug-in and PPC3 can connect to EVM.

On the "TAC5x1x-Q1_Installation_Guide.pdf", it isn't described this Manual installation task.

That was made me some confusion.

No worries. :)

It was not mentioned in the installation guide because usually it is automatically added when you log in after getting the approval. But because of this platform transition, you had to do it manually for the time being. But glad to hear that it worked out for you.
