    Hey Kevin,

    Here is my comment on your schematic:

    • The VDD line going to the volume terminal has a DC blocking cap. VDD is a DC signal, this cap could create a problem for this schematic application. I have provided an image of an acceptable volume terminal configuration below. Follow the schematic guidelines provided by the DS. 

    • And here is a table that shows how to control the volume pin. Check page 6 and 16 for more info regarding the volume pin.
