Hello,

After the TAC5x1x-Q1 app did not show up in Purepath Console 3 after I logged in, I followed the manual installation instructions, trying to open the tar.gz in PPC3 but still don't see it showing up.

    Hi Ivy,

    Signing in is not necessary for this to work. Can you try the install process again and note if anything looks different than the instructions. Also the install process can take some time so be sure not end the process early.
