PCM6240-Q1: Does open inputs fault detection work when MICBIAS is off?

Hello experts,

Due to some reasons, my customer has to turn off micbias of PCM6240-Q1 (MICBIAS_PDZ = 0d) and supply the bias for mic from external power supply.

They are using DC coupling microphone and they would like to know open inputs fault detection work when the micbias is off.

I know PCM6340-Q1 is preffered to use in this configuration, but they cannnot immediately change IC.

Thus, could you please let me know the inputs fault detection work when the micbias is off?
