TPA6304-Q1: pop phenomenon occur when voltage in 13.2V drops down to 4.5V

Hi TI teams:

When BU (BU provide power to this device directly)change 13.2V to 4.5V, TPA6304 still work

But the AVDD was lower than 5V, It cause the IN_REF fluctuate .

So dose this means that this fluctuate in IN_REF occurs 100% when voltage drops down to 4.5V?

And we want to know why TPA6304 PVDD min voltage threshold lower than AVDD voltage?

What steps should we take to solve this phenomenon?

The AVDD value in EC talbe is typical value. It will be decrease when PVDD and VBAT is 4.5V.

The output waveform is after LC filter, the pop is mainly related to inductor.

Hi, TI teams,

we still have two questions about this topic.

Q1: This IC's datasheet notes that the AVDD voltage is 5V, but the min work voltage is 4.5V, that's whether means if the voltage drops to 4.5V immediately, this POP phenomenon will occur 100%? And we want to know why TPA6304 PVDD min voltage threshold lower than AVDD voltage? Is there any special consideration in this?
