Hello,

Our customer is facing problem to install TAS5815 plug in.

They have installed  PPC3 for 4-units of PC, in their case 2-PCs shows attached image.

There is not "Connect/Disconnect" button at Bottom-Left side.

Do you see this type of phenomena? How can we fix it?

    hi Mochi

    it doesn't have the connect/disconnect button. except this, if connecting with evm board, does it connect automatically? or still have no that button?

    we haven't encounter this before, how about update the USB driver or change to other usb interface for that 2 PCs?

    Hello Jesse,

    In this case, USB connection does not make change the GUI display and device function.

    OS of those failed PCs are WIN11, do you have any concern with WIN11?

    can you see usb be detected in device manager of windows?

    you might need to update the wifi driver for OS. 

    i do have a problem that wifi doesn't work which blocked all usb interface too.
