Hello,
I have applied for and obtained authorization to use PPC3 and TAS3251-SW. According to the documentation, I understand that TAS3251 should appear in my PPC3 window, but it does not. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
The steps I have already tried include downloading the files (but I’m not sure how to proceed with them), restarting my computer, and logging back into PPC3. I am using a Windows system.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
