TPA3139D2: TPA 3139D2

Part Number: TPA3139D2

Tool/software:

Hi,

We are using TPA 3139D2 chip for audio class D amplifier. While testing, the chip is entering into shutdown mode ( low ), as per design we pulled it to high to AVcc (12V) through 100 K resistor. How to enter into normal mode from shutdown. Please need some ones help on this.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Suresh,

Most likely there's an issue like over-temp, over-current or DC in your system that causes the device to trigger the protection. The device should auto-recover from the fault state if the issue is no longer present, if the issue is still present the device will remain in shutdown.
