I want to find a codec that support AC97 v2.3 to replace AD1981BJSTZ. Could you help with that?

    Hi Moon,

    It looks like we only have codecs that support AC97 v2.1, do you need the jack detection features of v2.3, or other features? Our AC97 v2.1 codecs include the LM4550B, LM4549B, and LM4546B. We can suggest some newer codecs that include jack detection, or the standalone TPA6166A2 which is a jack detection IC, in conjunction with our AC97 codecs, may work to solve the lack of jack detection with v2.1. Let me know what features of the AD1981BJSTZ you are looking for and we can help find a TI solution.
