I am currently working on a design that utilizes approximately 13,000 LM48312 components for optical devices, where numerous actuators need to be controlled. I have been searching for a SPICE model of the LM48312 to simulate the circuit using LTSPICE.

Could you please provide me with the SPICE model for the LM48312 or direct me to where I can download it? Any assistance or guidance on how to proceed with the simulation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Maxime,

I was able to find the unencrypted version of the TINA-TI Spice model. Most times you can use this with some edits in other tools such as PSpice or LTSpice.
