Hi,

I would like to check whether there is any internal pull down at /SD/FAULT pin?

Currently, my customer is using 27K pull up to AVCC and got 3.3V at /SD pin.

Hi Tiger,

The customer's current configuration is good. /SD/FAULT pin should be pulled up with a resistor between 4.7k and 500k Ohm as outlined in the datasheet. Without this resistor, the device can behave unpredictably.

As I mentioned, here is using 27K ohm pull up for /SD/FAULT pin, thus it is within the range of 4.7K to 500K.

My question is whether there is a internal pull down?

Hi Tiger,

I am unsure if these pins have pull downs or if they are open drain. Regards, if the pull up resistor is there then the device will work as intended.
