I see that there is an unusual circuit on the SD and Fault pins. Does this allow for the SD pin to fully come out of Standby? Remove R26 and see if it improves the abnormal sound. What debugging have you tried?

R26 is not attached in the actual circuit, do you have any other suggestions

You can remove R37. This will remove the source to see if the noise is coming from the source. If the noise is still present, then the amp is producing it. If the source is producing it, the DAC or the digital audio is the source of the noise.
