Hello,  have you  successfully installed PPC3 itself and this error is from installation or it is coming from running  the device (TAD5212) PPC3 GUI ?

You can try to uninstall and install again and if you still have the issue send more info  such as the "report"  of error , windows type  and etc.

I installed this file on Win10

After installation, opening PPC3 will result in this error。

I located your request and it was denied because the end equipment was not specified. Please try again.

For PPC3, please try to uninstall and re-install the program. Also be aware that sometimes issues can happen if PPC3 is open among multiple users on the PC. If you get the same error, please let us know where in the installation process it occured.
