Tool/software:
There is a BYPASS pin (pin 4), but I couldn't find any electrical characteristics for it in the datasheet.
According to the block diagram, it appears that VDD is divided internally using resistors.
I would like to know the specification value (rated voltage) of the BYPASS pin voltage.
