TLV320ADC3120: delta-sigma adc ic help

Hey all,

Im writing to you all to ask for some help, I have been looking for an ADC with the following specs.

  • delta-sigma
  • high sampling rate to comfortably oversample a 30kHz signal
  • SNR>100
  • differential input 
  • Simultaneous sampling
  • 2 channels
  • ENOB of around 20 bits

if you know of any adc ic's fitting the specs or have another way of achieving the desired goals, I would love to hear it.

    Hi Martin,

    1) You have mentioned that you need an ADC to sample a 30kHz signal. Is this the max. signal frequency? Can you share the bandwidth of the signal that needs to be sampled?

    2) Can you also mention the sampling rate of operation?

    3) Can you mention the required differential signal swing for the analog input?

    4) You have mentioned an ENOB of 20bits? Are you looking for DNL/INL kind of specs for the same?
