TPA3110D2: Best way to disable one channel and also buffer input from a 100 ohm cat 6 cable

Part Number: TPA3110D2

Tool/software:

What is the best way to disable one channel?  Should I ground the inputs or just short Pos and Neg.  Should anything be done to the unused amp outputs?

Also, what is a good input isolation buffer for differential signals from a 100 ohm a pair on shielded cat6?

The application is for mono audio but could change to stereo in a future revision.

  • hi William

if just use one channel, pls ground inputs and let unused output pin be floating is ok. just keep bst cap at un-used output channel, and no need to use LC filter.

i am sorry that we don't have related study what kind of input isolation buffer should be used.

    thanks
