PCM1809: Can you privide me the step responce of the decimation filter?

Hi Team,

Can you provide me the step response of the decimation filter,

when it is configured in Linear phase mode at 25.6 kHz sampling rate.

I suspect that the decimation filter may be implemented with an IIR filter

and it may take time before he output settling within 0.1% error.

I appreciate it if the data is in CSV format with resolution of three digits.

Hi Mita-san,

The PCM1809 has two types of decimation filters: Linear phase and Low-latency, selectable through the MD0 pin.

The Linear-Phase decimation filter is an FIR filter and would have a settling time within 33 samples.

I am happy to hear that decimation filter is implemented with 33 taps FIR filter.
