Hello Herbert,

From the photos, we can tell both were manufactured at the same time and location (That is 48TG4). And from lot codes (ACSN & AP7V) we can tell they are coming from different lots.

In general if there is specific issue with a number of ICs, there is a system in place that customer sends it to TI along with report and supporting documents and we start an investigation.
