TLV320AIC3111: EMI Filter Component Recommendation and Out-of-Band Noise Filtered Measurements

when considering EMI Filter Component Recommendation(slaa495) and Out-of-Band Noise Filtered Measurements(slaa313a), what should I do?

1. a ferrite bead inductor(120Ω@100Mhz) + 470pF  capacitor only

2. a RC filter( 1 kΩ and 4.7 nF) only

3. a ferrite bead inductor(120Ω@100Mhz) + 470pF  capacitor only + a RC filter( 1 kΩ and 4.7 nF) 

or something else? 

If using 3, What is the sequence of components in the PCB layout? first 1K + 4.7nF, than ferrite bead inductor  + 470pF?

And only speaker output need this or both speaker output and headphone/line output need this?
