DIT4192: DIT4192 to interrupt existing AES3 stream

Part Number: DIT4192

Tool/software:

Hello Texas Instruments team,

I am planning to use your DIT4192 IC to interrupt an existing AES3 digital audio transmission. According to the datasheet, in software mode the RXP pin can accept a decoded AES3 signal for retransmission.

I currently have differential AES3 lines (TX+ and TX−) from the original source. I would like to connect this signal to the DIT4192 for retransmission via its TX+ and TX− outputs.

Could you please advise on how to properly convert the differential AES3 signal into a format suitable for the RXP pin? Would a standard differential amplifier circuit using an op-amp be appropriate, considering the AES3 signal range of 2–7 Vpp?

If available, could you share a reference schematic or application note for this kind of configuration?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards, Genadi.
