Hi Youhei MIYAOKA,

The up arrows on BCLK in the figure you provided mean that the serial data is clocked into the PCM1754-Q1 device on the RISING edge of the BCLK signal. This means that the value present on the DATA pin when BCLK goes high is what will be sent into the device.
