ADC5140EVM-PDK: How to the PC recognizes the evaluation board(ADC5140EVM-PDK)

Part Number: ADC5140EVM-PDK
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV320ADC5140, PUREPATHCONSOLE

Hi All,
The customer purchased the TLV320ADC5140 evaluation board (ADC5140EVM-PDK) and received PurePath Console 3.
The evaluation board is connected to a PC via USB.
The customer has configured the initial settings as shown in "Figure 2. AC-MB USB Audio Setting" in the datasheet, and they are set correctly.
Also, since the power is supplied from USB, the customer has shorted J5 on the evaluation board.
However, the PC does not recognize the connection of the evaluation board.
Therefore, we suggested to customer installing Console 3 Device Apps on your PC as instructed at the URL below.
[FAQ] PUREPATHCONSOLE: How to Install PurePathTM Console 3 Device Apps Manually
The customer followed the instructions at the URL above to install the Console 3 Device Apps.
However, after the customer installs the Console, when they open "pp3.tar.gz" and install it, a warning message will appear.
The warning message will appear whether or not the evaluation board is connected to the PC.
When the customer unpacks "pp3.tar.gz", a large amount of data is displayed and the customer cannot determine which data is necessary.
It's possible that the data required for installation is not "pp3.tar.gz", but no other data can be found.
Would you kindly tell me how to make the PC recognize the evaluation board?
Best Regards,
Hayashi
